decided to head to cdc training yst as it has been quite some time since
soccer training has been suspended due to mid year exams.
woke up at 1pm and have to rush to preparing my soccer stuffs as training starts at 2.30.
and of course , im late.
when training has just started about 30 mins , we were suppose to train a lil on our fitness first.
just 30mins gone , every one of us was like panting and sweating like hell!! HAHAS!
whats worse is the condition of the field . it was so super muddy tha out boots was like made of mud . it was obviously DISGUSTING AND GROSS!!!
everyone fitness and stamina had gone down tremendoulsly!!REALLY!
we had no choice but to endure it til training end .
had a friendly game with NTU students before we end .
3-3 no bad huhs . they were obviously much stronger than us . but it was not bad for us to have a draw! :DD CLAPCLAPPPPP!!!
okays. im heading to train my running at stadium in an hour time or so .
sports day is arriving soon . i really hope i could be able to get a medal or something! my stamina had really gone down tremendously . so , i just gotta go build it back some how!
